Q2. Do you require a deposit for knee scooter rentals?
No deposit required. Rentals are charged per week via credit card and auto-renew each week until you return the scooter. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover — no cash, PayPal, or Venmo.
Q3. How does the weekly rental work?
Rentals are per week with no due dates. Your card auto-charges each week. When you’re healed, return the scooter any day 8am–8pm and billing stops. You’ll also receive a text reminder when your week is up so you’re never double-charged.
Q4. Which knee scooter should I choose — Standard or All-Terrain?
For indoor recovery and smooth surfaces, the Standard model works great. For Denver’s outdoor lifestyle — sidewalks, parks, gravel paths, mountain trips — we strongly recommend the All-Terrain model. Many Denver customers rent two: one standard for inside the home and one all-terrain for outdoors.
