Your scooter doesn’t have a due date and you don’t need to tell us when you plan to return it. All of our rentals are paid in full for the first 4 weeks and then after 4 weeks your scooter will auto-renew weekly, via your credit card on file, until you return it.

Yes, I bought damage protection
1. Return your scooter to your original pickup location and exchange it for another all-terrain scooter (no charge)

No, I did not buy damage protection
You have 3 options:
1. Return your scooter to your original pickup location and exchange it for another all-terrain scooter ($25 fee)
2. Take your scooter to a local bike shop to have the tube repaired
3. Buy a new tube on Amazon and replace it yourself. Note: if must be this tube (bent-valve tube) 
4. Report the flat tire and which option you chose (1, 2 or 3)
