How it Works

  • Click the Locations tab to find a knee scooter pickup location near you
  • On your location page choose your scooter model, start date, add to cart and pay for your first week
  • We'll send you a text message with pickup instructions
  • For same day pick-up, the scooter will be ready within 5 minutes
  • For a future pick-up date, you can pick-up the scooter anytime between 8am-8pm on that date
  • You pay for just 1 week at a time, then scooter auto-renews weekly, no due date
  • To return your scooter just drop it off at your original pickup location anytime between 8am to 8pm 365 days
  • You'll get an email receipt a few days after you return your knee scooter
