You can pick up your knee scooter immediately after completing your online order. Our Phoenix location at 3217 W Rose Garden Ln is open 8am-8pm, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Most customers are in and out within 5 minutes.

No, we do not require any deposit. You simply pay for your first week of rental ($14.75 for standard, $19.75 for all-terrain) and pick up your scooter. Your rental auto-renews weekly until you return it.

Your rental automatically renews each week using your card on file. There are no due dates – just return the scooter anytime between 8am-8pm and billing stops automatically. Most Phoenix customers rent for 4-6 weeks during recovery.

Standard models ($14.75/week) are best for indoor use and smooth surfaces like tile, hardwood, and flat concrete. All-terrain models ($19.75/week) have 12-inch air-filled tires ideal for outdoor use, gravel, grass, and Arizona’s desert terrain. Both fit riders 4’9″ to 6’6″ and up to 350 lbs.

Yes. Many foot and ankle doctors recommend knee scooters over crutches because they reduce strain on your shoulders and upper body and give you better mobility during foot, ankle and lower-leg recovery. Many of our customers are referred to us by local foot doctors.

We serve the entire Phoenix metro area including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and 40+ other communities. Our North Phoenix location is centrally located for easy Valley-wide access.

There is no difference – they are two names for the same product. Both have a padded knee rest, handlebars for steering and four wheels.

Phoenix rentals are pickup and return only. Pickup takes about 5 minutes and is contact-free, any day between 8am and 8pm.

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we provide a detailed receipt with HCPCS codes that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
