There are no due dates! Your scooter auto-renews each week until you return it. Keep it as long as you need — whether that’s one week or several months. You’ll only be charged for the weeks you use it.
Q2. Do I need an appointment to pick up or return?
No appointment needed! Pick up and return at your convenience anytime between 8am and 8pm, 365 days a year. You can even send a friend to pick it up for you.
Q3. Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Yes! When you return your knee scooter, you’ll receive an email receipt that includes HCPCS codes. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Q4. Which scooter should I choose — All-Terrain or Standard?
If you’ll mostly be indoors (home, office, stores), the Standard model is perfect — it’s lighter and more compact. If you need to go on gravel, grass, dirt, or trails (camping, dog walking, hiking), choose the All-Terrain model with its 12″ air-filled tires.
