Order and pick up convenient. Had to return first scooter because it squeaked so bad… second scooter was a little wobbly. Maybe need to up the maintenance a bit. But glad I got the all terrain scooter!
The price couldn't be beat and the process was simple. The scooter I got was the only one available at the time, and it was a bit old, rickety and dirty. However, when I returned it, there were others that looked new and clean, so you should be able to get something better than the one I ended up with. Overall, I recommend this business.
This was the best place to get a knee scooter no hassle no headaches and no referral needed. The website was amazingly easy to navigate and everybody was really friendly. I was able to have someone go pick it up from them with no problems and the return was just as simple as the pick up. It worked very well for me and the billing was very reasonable and straightforward.

The scooter was very helpful in my husband's healing process. It was of good quality and more cost effective than purchasing or renting somewhere else. The process of renting was very easy with good communication back and forth by email or text. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a scooter.
Pickup and drop off was very easy. The scooter was clean and well maintained. The charge amount is very reasonable. For some reason we continued to be charged after returning the scooter, which was acknowledged through automated texting. That was a bit frustrating because there was no one to speak to; only automated texting and email from their side. Maybe that’s the downside to keeping their cost so reasonable.
I needed to find a temporary affordable scooter after my ankle surgery until I staterted physical therapy. Rob in Colorado springs was excellent at being available by call or text. The pricing was fair and the quality of service was great. The scooter I had might have needed a slight quality control check before I rented but overall, I was satisfied. I give them a 4 out of 5. B+ in grade school terms. It did the job I needed it for.
